My Design Minds built, produced, and installed a substitute wastewater pit cover with new mechanical

scrubbers to replace our customer with a heavily deteriorated & rusted cover. The entire frame was galvanized to ensure it lasted for a maximum amount of time.

No job is too little! No job is too small! Even a small improvement in a computer can lead to efficiency gains and cost savings. In order to reduce operative obstacles for our customers, we CAD built and produced a

decrease in the lifting device of the replacement box to a 40-year-old board erecting unit. Issue solved! Problem solved.

My Design Minds are responsible for manufacturing and modifications of the pallet dispensing device at the

end of its service life with substantial structural tiredness. To enhance overall functionality and operation

and ensure seamless installation without changes to the control system, we redefined the original design

component.

We tasked our customers with redesigning our basic bottle rinser to eliminate a design flaw that resulted in

daily breakage of components. We have therefore redesigned the component in 3D CAD, modeled, tested, and finally produced new hard parts for the rinsing machine.

  • As a result of the bad configuration of the dead plate between the two sides, our clients encountered difficulties in moving wine from one carrier to another carrier. It was our job to design, produce, and install a substitute conveyor to correct the problem.
  • My Design Minds completed a 3D CAD design that allowed a longer lifetime for the new screw conveyor to increase the thickness and force of several components. 
  • In less than three weeks, we completed the production of the new screw conveyor and applied galvanization to the trow and motor mount. This ensures the installation of the screw transport in the meat processing facility for an extended period.
